Can I swim or shower with my jewelry?
Diastri jewelry is crafted using only the highest-quality plating and materials, designed to withstand daily wear without fading. That said, like all fine jewelry, it’s best to treat your pieces with care. To reduce maintenance and keep them looking their best, we recommend removing them before swimming, showering, or applying soaps and lotions.
Can I wear my jewelry every day?
Yes — our pieces are designed for everyday wear. To keep them in top condition, store them safely when not in use and avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners to preserve the shine and plating.
How should I clean my jewelry?
Gently wipe your jewelry with a soft, dry cloth after wearing.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is processing, we’re unable to cancel it. Otherwise, please reach out to us by livechat as soon as possible, or via email (contact@diastri.com) and we will make the cancellation for you.
Is my order protected during shipping?

How long does shipping take?
We ship all in-stock orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times depend on your location. We ship via reliable carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator, depending on your location, package size, and seasonal conditions. Exception: Lab-grown diamond pieces are made to order. These items require a production time of approximately 2–3 weeks before shipping, as each bracelet is custom crafted for your order.
