Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Diastri piece. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase in line with the following conditions:
1. Return Window
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery or warehouse collection.
- Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.
2. Condition of Items
- Items must be returned in new, unused condition, in their original packaging.
- Diastri reserves the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
3. Promotional & Bundle Purchases
- Items purchased as part of a set or promotional offer must follow the promotional terms & conditions.
- For promotional bundles (e.g., Buy 2 or more bracelets and receive 15% off), items can be returned individually. However, if the return reduces your purchase below the promotional threshold, the remaining items will revert to their full price, and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
Example:
- Ring Promotion: If you buy 2 rings at $150 each with a “Buy 2, Get 20% Off” offer, your total is $240. If you return 1 ring, the promotion no longer applies. The ring you keep reverts to full price ($150), and your refund will be $90.

Bundle Discount: If you buy a necklace and bracelet bundle for $300 (regularly $180 + $160 = $340), and you return the bracelet, the necklace reverts to its full price of $180. Your refund for the bracelet will be $120.
4. Exchanges
- Online exchanges are possible but are subject to applicable shipping fees. Items must remain unworn and in original packaging.
5. Refunds & Store Credit
Store Credit (Default): Refunds are issued as Diastri store credit, which never expires and is applied instantly once the return is processed.
Refund to Original Payment Method: Available upon request, subject to a 10% restocking fee. Refunds to your card may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
6. Return Shipping
- Canadian Customers: You may request a prepaid return label for $15, which covers return shipping.
- International Customers: You are responsible for the return shipment and must use a tracked service.
Warranty
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every Diastri piece. Our goal is for you to enjoy your jewelry with complete peace of mind.
1. What Does the Warranty Cover?
Diastri warrants that all Diastri-branded products purchased directly from www.diastri.com or picked up from our warehouse are of merchantable quality and free from material or workmanship defects under normal use.
- If a defect in materials or workmanship is found within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
- Replacement will depend on availability of the same or similar product.
2. What Is Not Covered?
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, modification, or attempted repair.
- Negligence after purchase, including improper cleaning or storage.
- Ordinary wear and tear (e.g., scratches, fading of plating, or tarnishing).
- Damage caused by failure to follow care instructions.
3. Who Is Covered by the Warranty?
The warranty extends to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).
4. How Long Does the Warranty Last?
- All Diastri jewelry is covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
- Any implied warranties under applicable law are limited in duration to this express warranty.
5. How Do I Make a Claim?
To initiate a warranty claim:
- Contact our team at contact@diastri.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- We will confirm eligibility and provide instructions for sending your item back (if required).
- Upon inspection, we will confirm if the issue is covered under warranty and advise next steps.
6. What Happens After Inspection?
- If your item qualifies, we will either repair it or replace it with an identical or comparable piece.
- If the issue is not deemed a manufacturing or material defect, we will offer to repair the piece at a reasonable cost.
