Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time: In-stock orders are shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase. Exception: Lab-grown diamond pieces are made to order and require a 2–3 week production time before shipping.
Estimated Shipping Dates: All shipping dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Origin of Shipments: We are proudly a Canadian business, and all orders are shipped from Canada.
Worldwide Shipping: We ship worldwide. Shipping is free within North America for all orders over 150$ CAD.
Duties & Fees: Customers outside Canada are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country.

Optional Coverage: We offer shipping insurance for added peace of mind and strongly recommend selecting it for your purchase, the option is available at checkout.
Lab-Diamond Orders: For all lab-diamond purchases, shipping insurance is automatically included at no extra cost.

Before Shipment: If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to correct it before your order ships.
After Shipment / Returned Packages: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will issue a store credit for the item(s).

Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided.
